I was really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, we had a rather unpleasant experience. While the location was decent and the breakfast had some improvements over typical offerings, the overall condition of the hotel and the lack of effective service really soured the visit. We encountered cleanliness issues, and my calls for help were ignored, which was quite disappointing.
